Saracino Pasta Cover Sugarpaste does not require long kneading and is soft and flexible almost immediately. It rolls out smoothly and shapes effortlessly, making it ideal for covering cakes with ease. It does not dry out quickly, helping to prevent the “elephant skin” effect on your cake’s surface. Once applied, it remains soft and smooth, ensuring clean, precise slices when cutting the cake.
During colder months, you may find the paste feels slightly firmer on arrival. This is completely normal and simply due to lower temperatures during transport. To soften it, cut the paste into small pieces and warm it gently in the microwave for a few seconds until it becomes pliable and easy to work with again.

How to Use
Knead the sugarpaste for a few minutes until soft and elastic. Roll evenly using a rolling pin or fondant sheeter. Carefully lift and apply to your cake. Smooth for a flawless finish.
