How to Prepare

  1. Sift the royal icing powder before use.
  2. Place 500g of royal icing powder into a mixer bowl.
  3. Add 70g of very cold water. The product has a drying time between 1 and 2 hours.
  4. Mix at low speed for at least 10 minutes until the icing becomes smooth and creamy.

To soften the icing consistency, add a few drops of water and mix again. Once prepared, place the icing in a piping bag to decorate your desserts or store in a covered container for up to 1–2 days. Drying time typically ranges between 1 and 2 hours depending on thickness and environmental conditions.
