How to Use:

Stir before use.

For cakes, approximately 120g should be used per 1kg of mixture.
When preparing mousse, use 100g per litre of fresh cream.
Bavarois requires 100g per litre of milk.
For ice cream, allow between 100–120g per kilogram of base mix.

Ingredients:

Sugar, glucose syrup, water, dextrose, flavour, exhausted ground vanilla beans (0,3%), thickener: agar agar E406; acidifier: citric acid E330; colors: betacarotene E160a, riboflavin E101.

Possible cross contamination with: EGGS, PEANUTS, SOYBEANS, MILK, NUTS (ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, PISTACHIO NUTS)

Storage Precautions:
