How to Use:
Stir before use.
For cakes, use approximately 120g per 1kg of mixture.
For mousse, use 100g per litre of fresh cream.
For bavarois, use 100g per litre of milk.
For ice cream, use 100–120g per kg of base mix.
Ingredients:
Glucose syrup, strawberry puree 30%, sugar, flavour, acid: E330; thickeners: pectin E440, agar agar E406; colours: beta-carotene E160a, black carrot extract.
