Q: What cake tool can’t you live without?

A: I definitely can’t live without my modelling tools and sugarcraft knife, I use them with every cake I make.

Q: What inspired you?

A:  Who inspires me? My partner and our daughter. What inspires me – everything around me, I find inspiration in fashion, children’s books and movies… In the cake world I admire work of Carla Puig, Isabel Tamargo, Violet Lin Tran, Calli Hopper, Natalie Sideserf and many many more…

Q: What’s your favourite Saracino product?

A: I love working with Saracino Modelling Paste!

Q: What movie title best describes your life?

A: I can’t think of any… “Happiness, love and cakes” 😉 

Q: What’s your best advice in 5 words or less?

A: Practise, be patient and enjoy the journey.

Q: What cake tool can’t you live without?

A: The big shaper cake tool (and the small from Cerart)

Q: What inspired you?

A: Carnival in Barcelona. I saw a car there with Napoleon.. and I found my idea.

Q: What’s your favourite Saracino product?

A:The modelling paste, I like the new blue colour (Tiffany) and also the Light Pink

Q: What movie title best describes your life?

A: Alice in Wonderland, she’s doesn’t know what happens and she’s a little ‘naive’ .  I can understand her … and I love that fantasy world in which they ended up in.

Q: What’s your best advice in 5 words or less?

A:Just do it!

VISIT AT IRISH SUGARCRAFT SHOW

The Irish Sugarcraft Show is the largest Cake Show in Ireland and in 2018 as every year it was filled with lots of outstanding competition entries and exhibitor stands.

The standard of the competition pieces was very high and the decision of choosing the Best In Show was very difficult. Judges very carefully observed each piece of art. At the same time you could feel very relaxed walking around stalls filled up with lots of products and delicious food. Alongside there were also demonstrations carried by very talented Cake Artists.

There was also the inclusion of a great collaboration organised by Paul Redmond aka Purple Feather Cake Design with Ireland’s largest cake. You can view all the amazing creations by clicking HERE
