You can create pistachio, lemon, hazelnut custard creams, and all your favourite flavours with LE SUPREME. You can also add the prepared cream to Italian meringue, melted chocolate, cream, and vegetable creams.
• Long Shelf Life: Once opened, Creamix retains its characteristics until the expiration date indicated on the label, ensuring freshness and quality.

Usage Instructions:

Add CREAMIX to the milk (or water) at a temperature of around 40 °C and stir with a whisk for a few minutes to hydrate the powder. Then use an immersion blender to mix the product until obtaining a smooth and silky consistency. Allow to rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
