GLUTEN FREE, Fat – solubleÂ
A high-quality colouring dust, suitable for use with all types of mediums. It is a highly concentrated, edible pigment.
- Add the powder directly into the product requiring colour, such as sugar paste, modeling paste, flower paste, buttercream, royal icing, or ganache.
- Use the powder to dust directly onto sugar work with a dusting brush.
- Mix with cocoa butter, rejuvenator, or alcohol to create a paint for adding fine details to your cake.

Green: Colour: tartrazine E122, brilliant blue FCF E133. Caution E102: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Maximum dosage: 0,5g/kg (cat.5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
Pink: Colour: titanium dioxide, cochineal, iron oxides and hydroxides. Maximum dosage: 22,73g/kg (cat.5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
Yellow: Colour: tartrazine. Caution E102: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Maximum dosage: 0,5g/kg (cat.5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
