Powder Food Colouring
GLUTEN FREE, FAT-SOLUBLE
A high-quality colouring dust, suitable for use with all types of mediums. It is a highly concentrated, edible pigment.
- Add the powder directly into the product requiring colour, such as sugar paste, modeling paste, flower paste, buttercream, royal icing, or ganache.
- Use the powder to dust directly onto sugar work with a dusting brush.
- Mix with cocoa butter, rejuvenator, or alcohol to create a paint for adding fine details to your cake.

Light Blue: Colours: E170, E133, E120. Maximum dosage: 4,92g/kg (cat.5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
White: Colour: E170. Maximum dosage: quantum satis (cat.5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
Green: Colour: tartrazine E122, brilliant blue FCF E133. Caution E102: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Maximum dosage: 0,5g/kg (cat.5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
Pink: Colour: titanium dioxide, cochineal, iron oxides and hydroxides. Maximum dosage: 22,73g/kg (cat.5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
Yellow: Colour: tartrazine. Caution E102: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Maximum dosage: 0,5g/kg (cat.5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
Red: Colour: allura red AC E129. Caution E129: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Maximum dosage: 0,5g/kg (cat.5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
Violet: Colour: azorubine E122, brilliant blue FCF E133. Caution E122: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Maximum dosage: 0,5g/kg (cat.5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
Blue: Colour: brilliant blue FCF. Maximum dosage: 0,5g/kg (cat.5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
Brown: Colour: tartrazine E102, azorubine E122, brilliant blue FCF E133. Caution E102, E122: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Maximum dosage: 0,5g/kg (cat.5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
Black: Colour: vegetable carbon. Maximum dosage: quantum satis (cat.5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).

Magenta: Colour: E170, E120. Maximum dosage: 1,38g/kg (cat.5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).
Allergens: Possible cross contamination: May contain traces of soybeans.
Cautions: Allowed to be used only for food production purposes. Colours may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children
Storage Precautions: Keep tightly closed in a cool and dry place. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperature exceeding 50°C.
Shelf life: 36 months, observing storage precaution.
