How to Use:

  • Take the required amount of paste and immediately reseal the container to prevent drying.
  • Knead the paste until it becomes soft and flexible.
  • Roll the paste to the desired thickness using a rolling pin.
  • Use moulds or tools to shape petals or leaves as desired.
  • Allow decorations to air-dry completely before applying them to desserts.

Ingredients: Sugar 78%, glucose syrup, high oleic sunflower oil, shea oil, palm oil, water, maize starch, thickener: carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) E466; flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate E202; acid: citric acid E330.

Allergens: Possible cross contamination with eggs, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts (almond, hazelnuts, pistachio)

Storage precautions: Product must be stored in a cool and dry place, shielded from direct light.

How to Use:

  • Take the required amount of paste and immediately reseal the container to prevent drying.
  • Knead until soft and flexible.
  • Roll to a thin sheet using a rolling pin and shape using tools or moulds.
  • Allow petals and leaves to air-dry for about 4 hours (drying time varies depending on humidity levels).
  • For firmer petals, use a dehydrator or incandescent light for faster setting.
