Full Coverage Mirror Glazes

Produce a shiny mirror like glaze effect on your creations.

Ideal for use on cakes, ice creams, pastries, creams, mousses and frozen desserts.

  • Pour the glaze in a bowl
  • Heat it up at 35/40°C
  • Stir it slowly to obtain an homogeneous product
  • Pour on a very cold cake
  • Put in a shock freezer for one minute and decorate.

Product has to be stored in a cool and dry place, shielded from direct light.

DARK CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS:  Glucose syrup, water, sucrose, cocoa powder, thickeners: E440(ii), E406, E450(i); dextrose, preservative: E202; acidity regulators: E330.

WHITE MIRROR GLAZE INGREDIENTS: Sucrose, water, glucose-fructose syrup, thickener: E440(ii); acidity regulators: E330; preservative: E202; rice starch, flavours.

YELLOW MIRROR GLAZE INGREDIENTS: Glucose syrup, sucrose, water, thickener: E440(ii), E406, E450(i); dextrose, acidity regulators: E330, E331; flavour, preservative: E202; colour: E100.

RED MIRROR GLAZE INGREDIENTS: Glucose syrup, sucrose, water, thickener: E440(ii), E406, E450(i); dextrose, acidity regulators: E330, E331; flavour, preservative: E202; colour: E129.

CARAMEL MIRROR GLAZE INGREDIENTS: Glucose syrup, water, white chocolate 20% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder), sugar, dextrose, rice starch, colours: E150a, E100; thickeners: E440(ii), E450(i); preservative: E202; acidity regulators: E330, E331; flavour.

PRODUCT PRECAUTIONS: must be stored in a cool and dry place, shielded from direct light.

USE: Pour the glaze into a bowl and heat it up at microwave at medium power or in a water bath up to 35-40°C. Stir it slowly in order to obtain a homogeneous consistency. Pour it directly on the product to frost.
