My name is Carmen Montero and I am the owner of De un Bocado. I was born 36 years ago in Badajoz (Spain). I’m agricultural engineer specialized in food industries but five years ago I changed the course of my life to devote to passion I’ve been discovering slowly: the sugar craft world, so I decided to open my own business of this kind of pastry.
