You will need:
- White SARACINO modelling sugar paste
- Yellow SARACINO modelling sugar paste
- Pink SARACINO modelling sugar paste
- Blue SARACINO modelling sugar paste
- Plastic knife Cerart
- Sharp cutting knife
- Paint brushes for painting, dusting and gluing
- Glue
- Pink dust for brushing
- Black edible paint
- Small ball tool Cerart
- Dresden tool
- Small rolling pin
- Cocktail sticks
Step 1
Roll some White SARACINO modelling sugar paste into a pear shape. Cut the base of the pear with a sharp cutting knife.
Step 2
Make two arms rolling White SARACINO modelling sugar paste into a long and thin cone. Cut the bottom. Mark one line around the base of the arm.
Step 3
Repeat step 2 for the 2 legs and cut the top of them.
Step 4
Assembly with glue the parts in the body.
Step 5
Roll some White SARACINO modelling sugar paste into an oval shape.
Step 6
Make a groove across the middle line of the head using your hand, rolling and pressing it gently.

Step 7
To secure the head on the top of the body, insert a cocktail stick and push it down securing the head with a little edible glue.

Step 8
Press with a small ball tool to create the nose holes.

Step 9
Use some yellow SARACINO modelling sugar paste and roll it into a sausage with pointed ends. Fold it in the middle and screw it on itself. Place it in the top of the head.
Step 10
Use a fine paintbrush and black edible paint to make the eyelashes along the middle line of the face.

Step 11
Brush the cheeks with pink dust.

Step 12
Roll some White SARACINO modelling sugar paste and cut two triangular shapes. Press the dressden tool into the middle of each ear. Fix the ears to each side of the head with edible glue.

Step 11
Use Yellow, pink and blue SARACINO modelling sugar paste to make the unicorn hair rolling a thin teardrop of each color for the head hair. Repeat to make the unicorn tail.

Step 12
Paint the unicorn hoofs mixing gold color dust and an edible alcohol.
