Transparent Mirror Glazes

Produce a shiny mirror like glaze effect on your creations.

Ideal for use on cakes, ice creams, pastries, creams, mousses and frozen desserts.

  • Pour the glaze in a bowl
  • Heat it up at 35/40°C
  • Stir it slowly to obtain an homogeneous product
  • Pour on a very cold cake
  • Put in a shock freezer for one minute and decorate.

Product has to be stored in a cool and dry place, shielded from direct light.

LIME INGREDIENTS: Glucose syrup, sucrose, water, modified starch, thickeners: agar agar, pectin; acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrate; flavours, safflower plant extract, preservative: potassium sorbate; colour: brilliant blue FCF.

PASSION FRUIT INGREDIENTS: Glucose syrup, sucrose, water, modified starch, thickeners: agar agar, pectin; acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrate; flavour, safflower extract, preservative: potassium sorbate; colour: cochineal.

RASPBERRY INGREDIENTS: Glucose syrup, sucrose, water, modified starch, thickeners: agar agar, pectin; flavour, acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; safflower plant extract, colour: cochineal.

STRAWBERRY INGREDIENTS: Glucose syrup, sucrose, water, modified starch, thickeners: agar agar, pectin; acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrate; flavours, preservative: potassium sorbate; safflower extract, colour: cochineal.

TRANSPARENT INGREDIENTS: Glucose syrup, sucrose, water, thickeners: E440(ii), E406, E450(i); dextrose, acidity regulator: E330, E331; presevative: E202. Can be coloured with gel and powder colours.

PRODUCT PRECAUTIONS: must be stored in a cool and dry place, shielded from direct light.

USE: Pour the glaze into a bowl and heat it up at microwave at medium power or in a water bath up to 35-40°C. Stir it slowly in order to obtain a homogeneous consistency. Pour it directly on the product to frost.
