Chocolate Modelling Paste DARK

Dark chocolate modelling paste. Product in paste form (variable with temperature).

Colour and taste typical of dark chocolate. Perfect for cake decorating and modelling design pieces.

  • Before use work the product in order to obtain a soft elastic pliable consistency.
  • If product is too hard to work it can be placed in a microwave for 10/15 seconds and heated gently to make softer
  • The product is to be stored in a cool and dry place and shielded from direct light.



INGREDIENTS: Chocolate couverture 39,6% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), sugar, glucose syrup, potato starch, maize starch.

ALLERGENS: eggs, peanuts, milk, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachio), sesame seeds

USER INSTRUCTIONS: Before using handle product to obtain a soft consistency. In case that product could be too strong, keep it soft by introducing for 10/15 seconds in a microwave oven

STORAGE PRECAUTIONS: Product must be stored in a cool and dry place, shielded from direct light.
