Nathalie De Silva

Nathalie Da Silva aka Les-Gourmandises De Nathaly’s is based in France.

Nathalie has always been artistic and enjoyed creating decorative items to personalize clothing etc.

Having a great fondness for pastries she discovered sugar crafts 9 years ago. Her youngest child who was allergic to lactose could not eat cake and she wanted to surprise him with his own beautiful decorated cake.

So Nathalie took classes and trained, worked many hours to experiment, and, learn new techniques each day.

She entered cake design competitions and won Gold and Silver medals in 2016 and then became completely addicted to cake design.

She then opened her cake design company Les-Gourmandises De Nathaly’s.
