FRUIT SUPREME Concentrated Food Flavouring

 

One of the most common challenges when making different flavours, especially those based on citruses, is heat stability. Saracino flavours therefore have been developed for a bake safe consistent flavour.
High concentrate food flavouring is perfect for cakes, ganache, macarons, cupcakes, sponges, Ice-creams, yogurt.

  • Stir before use.
  • For Ice cream, frozen yogurt, mousse, panna cotta : mix 100 grams of paste into 1 litre of cream or milk.
  • For cakes mix 120 grams of paste into 1kg of mix.
  • Cakes – mix into batter to flavour your sponge
  • Creams, icings & chocolate – mix in well to flavour
  • Ice-cream, yogurt, gateaux & jellies – Either mix in or pour over
  • Can be enjoyed poured over neat or stirred in to any sweet treats
  • Use as a jam as well as a flavouring for amazing tasting cakes

 

 

Description

BANANA INGREDIENTS: Sugar, banana juice and pulp (30%), glucose syrup, flavours, thickener: pectin; antioxidant: ascorbic acid; colours: curcumin, beta-carotenes.

COCONUT INGREDIENTS: Glucose syrup, coconut flakes (19 %), sugar, water, flavour, modified starch, acidity regulators: E330.

LEMON INGREDIENTS: Glucose syrup, sucrose syrup, concentrated lemon juice, flavours, thickeners: pectine.

RASPBERRY INGREDIENTS: Sugar, juice and pulp of raspberries (35%), glucose syrup, acid: citric acid; thickeners: pectine; flavours, colours: anthocyanins, curcumin.

STRAWBERRY INGREDIENTS: Invert sugar syrup, strawberries, glucose syrup, sugar, acid: citric acid; flavors, gelling agent: pectin; colors: Azorubine, Allura red AC. Cautions: E122, E129: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

WILD FRUITS INGREDIENTS: Sugar, juice and fruit pulp in varying proportions (35%) (blueberries, blackberries, red currants), glucose syrup, hibiscus and carrot extracts, acid: citric acid; thickener: pectin; flavors, colors: anthocyanins.

ALLERGNES- possible cross contamination: May contain traces of eggs, peanuts, milk, nuts (ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, PISTACHIO NUTS)

PRODUCT PRECAUTIONS: must be stored in a cool and dry place, shielded from direct light.

USE:  100/120 grams of paste for liter of basis mix, 35/50 grams/liter for use as reinforcement to the fruit
