Carolin Moldaschel

Carolin is 37 years old and lives with her family in beautiful Bavaria, Germany. 5 year ago she made her passion for baking and decorating cakes her profession.

Carolin is internationally successful with her basic, dripcake and ganache courses. She is also very active at trade fairs. Her workshops on “dripcake” and “ganache course” are a great success at trade fairs.

Carolin does not stop at competitions either! For her talent she was awarded silver in Vienna in 2015. In 2017 she received gold medal at the “Cake & Bake” in Dortmund. And in 2018 she won gold again at the “Cake & Bake” in Essen.

According to her own statement, modelling figures and ganaching cakes has a calming effect on Carolin. It’s a passion she loves to pass on in her courses.
